This 1961 modern ranch in Deepwell had a great history (home to one of the original Marlboro men) but many of its defining features were hidden or missing. Editing the front landscape and hardscape gave her the curb appeal she deserved. Renovating the pool and casita created a large, backyard oasis – extending indoor-outdoor living and capturing amazing mountain views. Finally, updates to interior finishes and the addition of custom architectural elements returned her to her original shine.
