A Second Chance

There are times when first impressions can be deceiving. Fortunately, we were able to see what others may have missed. Much of the elegance of this classic 1957 Deepwell California Ranch was hidden behind years of “DIY” remodels. By stripping away the layers of past renovations and re-thinking the layout, we were able to restore her natural beauty. The meticulous renovation included a resort style pool & spa; the addition of a master bedroom suite; and custom designed European cabinetry in the kitchen & bathrooms. With a new layout that epitomizes indoor/outdoor living, punctuated by stunning mountain views, we can again appreciate a classic.
